You asked and we listened! Our next “The Art of You asked and we listened! Our next “The Art of Pickling with Chef Lex” class is happening Sunday, May 3rd 🥒 And tickets are live NOW at the link in bio!

💚 This interactive class will explore the history and science of pickling, especially as it relates to the American South, while @chef.alexandre.falardeau guides the group through building their own custom jars of pickles.

🫙 Guests will choose from a spread of classic pickling vegetables, along with seasonal and local options, plus a variety of spices and seasonings to build unique flavor profiles. Each jar will be finished with one of our house made brines, and a recipe card will be provided so you can recreate your batch again and again at home.
